.440 Corbon & .45 Caliber Pistols: Exploring Ammunition Options & Ruger P345

i read recently about the .440 corbon ammunition and was wondering if they were gonna make it for the .45 calibur pistols. I have a P345 ruger and was thinking about buying a DE .50ae. would it be a good buy or not ?

I personally do not know if/when Corbon will be mfg. a .45 or not. You may want to search their website and/or contact them directly for additional information. I have read anything in the trade-mags/papers about it but that doesn't mean that is not going to happen.

As for a "good buy" that is mostly in the eyes of the buyer. I have a lot of respect in general for the caliber and quality of the DE.50ae and if I were in the position to make such a purchase, would not hesitate to do so.
