Speed frame on Aggressive Skate

2016/7/21 17:59:45

Question
I have a pair of aggressive skates that I use for outdoors only. But I'm now going to start skating a few times a week @ a local rink. Can I put speed frames on an aggressive Boot? Unless I can put some 80mm wheels or higher on my current frames.
I don't have too much money to spend on another set of rollerblades. But I do want to keep up (referring to speed) w/  the other skaters on the rink.

Skate: TRS Aggressive Inline Skate
Current Wheels: 55mm

Answer
Hi Marc,
I don't see why you can't put your speed frames on the aggressive boot......as long as the frame is the right size for that boot.  If it's to long or to short you may have a little trouble with your skating.

I can't answer you about putting 80mm on your current frame.  It just depends on how much room your frame will allow.   Ask someone if you can borrow an 80mm wheel for a minute.  Take 1 of your wheels off and see if the 80mm fits in properly.  If it binds up......then you have your answer.

Good Luck.......I hope things work out for you.
