Question
Pat
Are there any exercises using weights that I can do that would benefit my skating? My lower back gets sore after about an hour and I have to quit even though I am not tired.
Also,I am thinking about joining in some of the pick up roller hockey games in the park on Saturdays. What skills should I work on for that? I already know how to use a hockey stick as play a little street hockey with my kids. Thanks!

Answer
Hi Susan,
Before I can answer, what kind of skating are you doing.  Is it roller blades or roller skates.  Usually people have back pain from inlines because the lean forward to much.   With roller skates the back hurts usually from trying to stand up too straight.

Give me a little more info and maybe I can help
Thanks
Pat
