Question
Howdy-
I was wondering if you know, or can find out, what the heck oakley VR28 lens are for goggles?  I see that they have VR28, and also VR28 with Iridium-  But nowhere on their webpage can I find what the heck the benifit of VR28 is...    Thanks for your time-

Answer
Hey Dan,

VR28 is basically a name/title/gimick for the technology they have put into a line of their sunglasses and goggles. It is some of the best optical quality that they have come up with to date. Some of it is that where the lenses curve around (as in googles) the images you see are not distorted by the curved lens. It is also a particular shade that enhances the incoming light for better clarity, yet still blocks all UV rays. If you're looking for high quality and the newest technology, consider purchasing. Oakley does stand behind their products very well.

Best of luck with your shopping.
