grinding

Question
you are an idiot. a while ago i asked you a question about grinding and you went into all this @$%^ about waxing.I mean the trick smart one.

Answer
Speaking of idiots of course grinding wrecks the base and edges of the skis. You are jumping onto hard and unyielding surfaces like metal. The answer is so obvious its no wonder I got the type of grinding you were requesting an answer on confused as it is also the term used for ski tuning. You are usually sliding on a metal rail which will eventually destroy the base and the edges. The impact of landing hard can crack the edge repeatedly (not uncommon). To help reduce the chance of this happening with my park and pipe skis I round the edges under foot (in the middle) leaving some edge grip only at the tip and tail. Given your unpleasant attitude though I don't expect that you'll follow this advice.
