Mistral - Take Off - Mast Foot

2016/7/22 14:38:44

Question
Hi - i recently found that my Mistral 'Take Off' windsurfer in my cousins garage after an absence in its usage of approx 25 years. - It is still in good condition though missing its Mast Foot. - This was if i recall the rubber type which lock in with a metal pin. Have you any idea where i could possible outsource one. Regards Andrew Pizzuto

Answer
Hey Andrew,

The original type of pin is not available anymore. The only possibility of finding one would be on ebay or craigslist. If you have a movable mast track then you may be able to use a standard type mast base. Try to attach a pic and I can determine what will work for you.

Hope this helps.
Keep on sailing,
Windlover
