Question
I have a mistral Equipe,I have a gaastra 8.4 racefoil for
5-18 mph. what would be a good sail for 20-30 mph, cambered
race sail,or camless sail,I would like to stay in 7.0 to 7.5 range if possible,I weigh 185lbs.and am an experienced longboard sailor
              thanks James

Answer
I would suggest checking out the newer freeride/freeslalom type sails. They have no cambers and huge wind ranges. When you get into 20+ winds with a longboard, unless you are racing, you don't really want to lock a sail in with a camber. With a camberless sail you can add an adjustable outhaul and really take advantage of the range the newer sails offer. I also have an Equipe and I have an older surf/slalom sail that works well.

Check out Sailworks, Aerotech, Naish, KA, and Ezzy to name a few. Just about any new sail will perform well. For my personal opinion on durability and range, Sailworks or Ezzy would be my first choices.

Hope this helps.
Keep on sailing,
Windlover
