what size equipment should I buy?

Question
Hi! I learned to windsurf a couple of years ago and surfed the past few summers (except last) almost every week. Most of the time there was light wind but when it did get stronger I held my own and had a great time. Now I've moved and can't surf with the university anymore. I really want to start again but the only way I can find is to buy my own used gear on ebay (low budget) and haul it to a lake somewheres. Unfortunately I don't know what size board and sail I was using or should be using. I'm a 29 year old female, 5 foot 3 and 135 lbs. Can you help?
Thanks!
Shannon

Answer
Hi Shannon,
You should look for a board around 130 to 160 liters and around a 6m sail.  This is for light to medium wind on inland water.  Be carefull not to purchase anything over 7 or 8 years old as the older equiptment is not as easy to sail as the newer stuff.
Hope this helps.
