hi i was wondering how long should i walk to lose weight? how many times a day and how many minutes?

  For losing weight you should plan to walk every day. It will become a habit quicker if you walk every day, and you will burn more calories than if you skip days. You should try to build up to an hour of walking, but do what you can to start with. Also, you don't have to do it all in one session, so break it into shorter segments if it helps. Some people buy inexpensive pedometers and try to increase the number of steps they take during the day, but keeping track of time works well for most people as well.
