sore foot

Question
Hello,
I just have a quick question.
When i go for walks my foot (usually just one)gets cramped feeling. What causes that?
I do have flat feet with no insoles in my shoes.
I also just bought a new pair of shoes, but it might happen sometimes with wore-in shoes too.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Answer
I am sorry Kristie

I am not sure why that would happen so often. You might be on to something about your flat feet being the reason.
I will tell you something though: you shouldn't have to put up with that.
I would suggest that you see a Podiatrist for an answer. Having trouble with your feet is just not ok.

Good luck

Sara
