WALKING IS JUST PLAIN GOOD FOR THE BODY, MIND AND SOUL. IT DOES HELP TO TONE TO LOOSE WEIGHT WITH MANAGEMENT ALSO.
IT IS GOOD FOR THE LUNGS FOR FRESH AIR. U CAN GET OUT AND FORGET HOUSE CLEANING AND OTHER MENTAL PROBLEMS. IT IS JUST PLAIN GOOD TO WALK DAILY FOR A HEALTHY HEART.
