can you advise me on how much to start to walk for healthy living.

Answer
start with early morning up hill walk, then a late afternoon walk.
set goals for yourself to work to in getting a healthy body.
I cannot set those for u , u must know what you can do and what u want to achieve.  set them and work to reach them.
