START OUT SLOWLY WALK AS FAR AS U CAN AND WHEN TIRED TURN AROUND AND GO BACK. DO THIS DISTANCE A WEEK, INCREASE EVERY WEEK OR TWO SLOWLY. SO SOME STRETCHING AND COOL DOWNS ALSO.
U CAN TONE AT HOME WITH STRETCHING AND JUMPING JACKS, ETC. MAKE UP YOUR OWN ROUTINE.
