Beginner's Walking Program & Diet for Joint Health
Question
I want to start to walk and do not know exatly how to start or what to do so I do not hurt my bones and ligements.
please help me get started and a good diet for starts also. thanks

You need to start slowly with half mile walks, increase to one mile during the month depending on how u feel. Then go to brisk walks, swinging your arms along also. Biking is easy on the joints and good exercise especially up hills.
