I want to loose some twenty pounds, no time to walk much, but maybe you can give me some program to follow to help me and a good eating one also.

Cut the creams butters, gravies, breads, fats, sugars, carbs, just use pepper for seasoning and no breads.  Maybe a bagel in morning with nothing but low fat butter

vist the diet isle in the grocery store.

Also, walk beginning with one half mile one week, next week one mile, to work up to three mile in one month, then start to brisk walk , swinning your arms hard as u brisk walk.  U will loose plenty this way trust me
