Walking for Weight Loss: A Simple Guide & Program

I am wondering if walking can help me loose weight, if so can u direct me to a program of it.

Walking is super weight reduction exercise.  Especially brisk walking.
Start with regular walking in the park, one half mile, increase to one mile a day, then start to brisk walk same way, shake your arms back and forth so as to burn more calories.
