Inside and outside

* The cat is inside the box.

* The dog is outside the box.

* The bird is flying above the box.

You can also use these terms to describe the relationships between objects in space. For example, you could say that the Earth is inside the solar system, or that the solar system is inside the Milky Way galaxy.
