Question
Hi, I've been cycling a little while and I'm curious about racing...about how many watts can the average cat 5 guy hold for an hour? How about three hours? thanks.

Answer
Hello Ryan,

It is difficult to say, because I don't know what an Cat. 5 guy means (age).
Further it depends on bodytype, muscle/fiber-type and the condition.
There are pros who cycle more than 500 Watts p/minute, but some of them can keep that for a certain while. The most riders can handle 200+.

Best regards,
