Question
Hi Jerry
I was just reading with interest your reply regarding the food whilst riding etc, im looking for some advice on my intake before during and especialy after my ride, upto now my biggest rides are around the 50 mile mark but feel i could do a lot better and go further with some proper advice. I have read a lot of internet stuff and i think have confused myself reading so many things. I do think that a correct food intake would improve me alot. Could you send me a eating plan to try? thanks for taking time out to read this, hope you can help.
Regards

Ade

Answer
Hi Adrian,

I found a really good resource a while back and bookmark it on my computer. here is the URL http://www.cptips.com/nutrtn.htm

I think you are probably correct that he right food intake could be a great help to you in your endeavor to be a better cyclist, but still don't get to hard on yourself. Cycling should be fun, have fun enjoy, don't be too rigid.

You will find that you are going farther and actually doing better if you really enjoy what you are doing.

Have a great day

Jerry
