Retail price of a boat

They have a boat in my area(38501)for sale.  Could you give me a ball park figure on what the boat is worth?
Description: 2004 Triton 1753 Crappie,17 ft long,6ft 2in wide,100 ga welded aluminum,minnkota trolling motor,Depth finder,live well,bait well,storage,two pedestal seats,2004 50hp Mercury 2 stroke--all in excellent condition.

I'm unable to interpret what (38501) represents, nor am I aware of the country in which you reside. I would anticipate a similar boat in Canada in excellent condition would range from $9-10,500, exclusive of a trailer.
