Horse Racing abbreviation

Question
In horseracing, what does the conditional abbreviation
SNW1$ X mean?
It is for an allowance optional claiming 25k race.

I'm mostly concerned with the S.. I know basically that the NW1$ means non winners of a certain money amount, but i would like to know the complete meaning and answer (even the X part) from someone who knows this easily.

Answer
Hi Patrick:

Thanks for your question.  Each state has different coding in their condition books and you should contact the Racing Commission in your state - they can readily answer your question.  I have never seen the "S" or "X"  in my state, so I'm really not qualified to assist you.

Thanks for your question and wish I could help you further.
