Can you race a horse whit out paper's at the track

Hi Jose,
Its a bit like trying to roll a cigarette without papers, it just won't work. To run a thoroughbred horse on a registered race track it must be registered with the appropriate regulatory authority. In your country that is The Jockey Club.
