Sharp Molars in Horses: Causes, Risks & Rasping Solutions
Question hi sir. does sharp molars make the chew the bit?? what are all the disadvantages of sharp molars?? why do we need to go for teeth rasping??
Answer HI --you should have your tooth ferry do the teeth every 6 months as that will keep the teeth in good shape for the racing season. it will keep the wolf teeth in check also. they might need to pull caps and check for sharp teeth in the mouth that will cause sores , which will make the horses get out or in in a race. thanks ED HESS
