Question
Hi! I am a female,48yrs old,ht.5ft 2in;wt. 52kg., diabetic for the past 8yrs, with hba1c at 6.4.for the past some months, I am having a discofrt in my calf muscle. Its painful to move the leg up, bend forward while sitting. The muscle becomes tight and painful(more at times) if I walk on a tredmil, during the workout i'm fine. But after I finish, its bad.pls advice.

Answer
Have you gone to a doctor about what the cause might be, the body is a funny thing sometimes and often internal pains, such as diabetes can throw other things off. I'd see a doctor first about the issue to make sure it has nothing to do with diabetes, once you do, let me know, I can better help after.
