Answer
Hi gary
I'm quite sure your experiencing a slight case of shin splints. This can happen often in individuals who are out of shape and just starting back.I reccomend you start using ice after your workout as often as possible till it subsides, and also start taking 500mg vit c with your three meals a day to enhance recovery of tendons, tissues, cells. If you have any other questions just get in touch Gary.

All the best

John
