Ankle and Foot Pain

2016/7/22 10:10:48

Question
Hello. I've experienced ankle pain down to the foot whenever I jog/run or even walk too much or too fast. I'll feel the pain whenever I start to jog and I feel my ankle getting tighther when I continue for a longer time. Although the pain is bearable but it does demotivate me from jogging and it only happens everytime I jog and will go off after a while i stop. I dont have this problem while doing other workout such as skipping. I'm not sure if that's due to some inner injury as this problem has bothered me for more than a year. I hope that you can give me some idea of what's wrong with it.

Answer
Hi Jim
I can't really make out what your describing Jim.I would really need some more info that pin points the situation and when did it start coming on.You can trace every injury by looking back which will in turn give you the ansers your looking for.Get back to me if you can with a better pin point description and we will pick it up from here.

All the best

John
