5K training

2016/7/22 10:11:15

Question
I have been running in several 5K road runs in my area.  I would like to improve my time.  The last race I ran in 26:14.  I would love to get my time to at least under 24:00.  I usually only go on 2 or 3 just casual jogs for about 3 miles a week.  Any tips would be helpful!

Answer
Hi Rachel
To advise you properly i would need to know how much training you are willing to do to knock some time off, or if what you are doing now is all you want to do and want me to work with.I also need age, height, weight, how long have you been running.Get me this info and then we can pick it up from her.

All the best

John
