Question
Recently i started to have these menstrual-like cramps after jogging and the cramps usually last like 20 minutes before going off and i don't know what i should do. Please help.

Answer
Hi Eileen
Not knowing your level of fitness and when you started and how hard your pushing it.Here is my sugestion.Normally running enhances the situation, but were all different.I would take little rest breaks from your day to day running and not push to hard.It could also be just weak abs.You would be the best judge of this.See how this works for you and let me know.

All the best

John
