Question
I have started to run again and just don't have any energy. I work graveyard and try to run when I get up in the afternoon on an empty stomache. My time is limited and I want to make the most of it. Shold i run before i go to bed or when i get up? Should I eat something for energy before I run? What kind of diet should I be following? Thanks,  Jim
