pain after jogging

2016/7/22 10:13:58

Question
I've been jogging for 15 min. five days a week   for the last 3 months. I walk a mile and a half before I start jogging and I stretch before and after walking. About 3 weeks ago I started having some muscle pain in my legs (the inner muscles of my legs). I am on a low carb diet but I take Centrum. I wear only the best running shoes and I try to run on asfalt because I know it is less harsh on my muscles. I don't know why I've been having this muscles pain. What can I do to get rid of the pain?
