Question -
in your opinion, in order, which would be the best surface for a beginner runner/jogger?
ashphalt(street)
concrete(sidewalk)
grass(in the park)
or H.S. running track
AND what would you suggest as a stimulant/motivator to get UP AND MOVE at 5am?
caffine? once i'm up i LOVE it, i just don't want to always get out of bed. and that's the ONLY time for me to get in some exercise.
thanks
Darlene
Answer -
hI DARLENE

I know coffee gets me up and going, but can also put me to sleep.?

I would suggest to you to start on a trach until your legs and muscles are fit to run ashphalt or back streets of hard dirt also.
then gradually go to concrete when your well fitted with excellent expensive shoes for this running.

Kind Regards
Patt

Hi Darlene
Well thank you honey so much for the nice words.
I am now an old lady, used to take Taekwondo for 3 years I lived and breathed it, one more belt and I would of been a black belt, but the Arthritis kicked in and stopped it all when we started to spar.

Keep up the great work and be easy on your self

Kind Regards
Patt
