Aerobics

Question
John
I am 50, and a commercial traveller.
When I am at home I lift weights and run, either outside or on a treadmill, but thats tough on the road.
I find pedalling a staionary bike at the cheap places I have to stay (if they have one) boring, and since I mostly stay at places in industrial areas, its not a good idea to go jogging, especially in winter.
I would like to do a whole body exercise in my room while watching TV for 30 minutes every day. I was running on the spot (too easy) then doing jumping jacks-all I could think of- but thats getting boring.
Any thing you can suggest?

Answer
Hi Terry
I can't think of anything other than the usual that your already doing except maybe running in hallways if they have any.I would think just doing some short intervals of 50 to to 100 meters right next to the place your staying would be safe and work well. Also possibly if any places have some stairs for repeats.I hope that helps in some small way.

All the best

John
