Answer
Hi Kevin
There comes time in all athletes sport and program where the bodies muscular skeleton system with all the ligaments, tendons, starts breaking down along with some tracking and alignment situations. This is not unusual and doesn't seem to serious, but i do know for sure a lot of what your experiencing has been coming on for some time and as all us athletes do often is just blow them off.The body always talks to you all the time and it is your job to listen and address the current situations that comes along such as what your experiencing now.You have to back off for a while and get into rehabb mode and start rebalancing and strengthening your muscular skeleton and tracking and alignment situation. This is just part of the down side of the sport we enjoy and the price we pay from year to year to stay in the sport and enjoy life. You have to build into your sport some regular preventive work on a regular basis or it will just happen again. This will insure many many more great football games down the road.If you have any further questions Kevin just get in touch.I hope this info provided you with the necessary info you were looking for.

All the success to you

John
