shaping lower legs

Hi!! I have a very weird type of problem I guess. My legs..I mean the lower legs not the thighs...are too much fat comparing to rest of my body. besides that my ankles are too broad. I heared jogging can shape legs. So I have started jogging from the biggining of this month...but still no sign of shaping or skinny legs. do you have any suggestion for my problem?

Running is fantastic for the legs,but it takes time to see results and certain parts get results quicker.You just have to be patient.You didn't mention how many days you jog,so i'll just say the more you do the faster you receive the results.One month is like having a snack for a major meal.Be patient Dora and work hard.Any other questions just get in touch.I have been there myself.
