Climbing Gym

My husband and I are considering opening a climbing gym just outside the Atlanta metro area.  He's the climber, and I represent more of the business side.  I'm looking for some statistics-number of customers visiting daily, approximate costs of insurance, what permits are needed, etc. in order to put together a business plan for the loan.  I've visited several sites for pricing, but I'm not sure where I should look for the volume/startup costs information.  Do you have any suggestions?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I was not involved in the financial end of the business.  Perhaps some of the climbing wall manufacturers would be better able to assist you.  Companies such as Nicros and El Dorado may have historical numbers or projected estimates based upon wall size.  It may also be an option to contact the other gyms in the Atlanta area.  Sorry I couldn't be more help and good luck,
