Bellay

Question
I have climbed before, mostly bouldering.  But I need some help in the bellay area.  Could you help me out.  A summary of how to do it would be great.

I think that instruction in belay technique (what keeps you from bottoming out) is a little much for over the internet. You should probably go to a climbing gym or an outdoor shop and search for someone who could have you do the actual procedure. It is too important to not have someone watch you as you master the technique.
