Question
I am a 15 year old in Year 10 going into a senior in High school.
I am a lightweight of about 65kg (or 144lbs) and I pull 7:10 on a 2k ergo, on my last test about a month and a half ago.
Is this good for height (5' 9') and weight?

Answer
G'Day Adam: Here is a comparison of times posted by 14-16 year-old lightweight (<165) men on the Concept II Website:

Average Time: 7:32.3

PERCENTILES
90th   75th   50th   25th
6:52.5 7:05.0 7:26.8 7:51.7

As you can see, your time is well above average and puts you in the Top-30%.  So I'd say you are doing quite good for someone of your height and weight.

Good Luck/AP
