my former coach

Hi!
So this year my team got a new coach and my old coach is also still at practice too and he will talk bad about me to my new coach and I'm afraid this will effect how he feels about me. What do I do?

Hi Bailey: This is not a good situation.  If the new coach is that influenced by the old coach, then who's in charge?

The good news is that the past has no bearing on how you row in the present.  So the simplest solution is to train hard and row your best.  Let the coaches see that you belong in the boat.
