Best Scope Mount for Winchester Model 94 (Post 1964)

QUESTION: Paul,
I have a Win model 94 post 64 30-30 and my eyes are not as good as they once were and would like to know which side mount scope assembly works best.  I have seen about 5 different ones and cant tell which one would be best for my top eject.

ANSWER: Kwik-Site Side Mount for Winchester Model 94 Top Eject has a wind adjustment.
Other than that they mostly the same.
Weaver Side Mount Base # 3B is the best value.

QUESTION: I have seen the weaver 3B, but I can't tell how the rings attach.... Do they go out straight sideways off the the mount, or do they angle up ?
I don't know if you can help with that but I REALLY appreciate your advise !!

Basically you adding a rail. Rings go in the blocks on the rail.
Then it mounts like any other scope.
