not to use tongue strap, martingales, dexter ring bit on 2 year olds

Question
hello sir, why not to use tongue strap, martingales, dexter ring bit on 2 year old baby racing thoroughbreds?

Answer
hi -- well i think you should use these training items on a horse that shows you they need different types of equipment to train properly. a baby should not need much equipment to start out with. after you train the horse for awhile then you may need to add equipment to the horse . thanks ED HESS
