Question
I'm looking for an adaptor to enable discharging into an RV dump via the thru-hull discharge fitting from my macerator.  I know a patent exists for such a fitting, but cannot locate a source.  Can you help?

Answer
Hi Hayes

Thank you for selecting the undersigned to reply to your question.

I anticipate you reside in the US. I'm from Canada, where our current laws are designed to protect the environment, therefore, such equipment is prohibited on boats, and I suspect American law is much the same or will be shortly, so don't waste any more money or time on subject. Furthermore, I wouldn't trust a through-hull fitting to undertake any sort of onboard discharge, simply from a safety standpoint. Go on-line and check out your Environmental Regulations relevant to boating.
