buying a racehorse or hunting for owners

hello sir. lets suppose i made a plan to become a thoroughbred racehorse trainer in USA and ready to train racehorses. would you suggest me to buy a racehorse already in training or should i be in contact with owners?

HI -- YOUR OWNERS WOULD TELL YOU WHAT KIND OF HORSE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR AND GIVE YOU A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MONEY TO SPEND FOR THEM TO GET THEM A HORSE TO TRAIN. YOU CAN ALSO GO TO THE SALES AND FIND A HORSE FOR THEM THAT IS ALREADY RACING . THANKS ED HESS
