How does one get into the field of racehorse trainer? are there special schools or is this an on the job training type of career field?

ON THE JOB TRAINING. YOU CAN  START OUT ON A HORSE FARM THAT TRAINS HORSES, OR GET A JOB AT A RACE TRACK WITH A TRAINER AND WORK HARD.

IT IS NOT EASY, AS THE JOB IS 7 DAYS A WEEK, AND STARTS AT 4:30 AM

YOU WOULD START OUT AS A HOT WALKER, THEN ADVANCE TO BEING A GROOM, THEN AN ASSISTANT TRAINER, THEN A TRAINER.
