knee pain while running

2016/7/22 10:06:31

Question
First off I play roller derby so I'm always banging up my knees. right know I have a bruised nerve on my knee and I don't know if this could be causing some of this. Ok so any time I run on the cement or treadmill about 10-15 minutes into it the upper inside part of my left knee begins to hurt pretty bad. sometimes it even feels like it might give out on me. Then for the next couple of days it ackes and I can't run again for atleast 2 days.

Answer
Hi Melanie
The activity your involved in your going to create a lot of tracking and alignment issues which you should keep ahead of,and the best course of action for this is up right stationary bike workouts a couple times a week. This should make a big difference for you.If you have other questions just get in touch Melanie.
