Hi, about a year ago I started aerobic exercise at home and after the second day, i could not walk on my left leg; after about 2 weeks I was find again. now a year later I'm starting to limp again. it started yesterday and I was not running or exercising. I have to walk very slow because if i go fast it's as though my knee and leg cant hold me up.they feel invisible.
