Runners knee or something more serious?

2016/7/22 10:08:14

Question
Hi John, I went through some of the questions forwarded to you regarding jogging and running - more specifically the ones related to knee injuries. In my case, I'm quite concerned about getting back to my running. My knee injury occurred after restarting my running a little too intensely, after years of inactivity. (I'm 37 years old, 86kg.) I believe I may have overdone it!  My knees are hurting all the time now.

What is the best treatment for the condition, and how long can I get back to my training? Thanks for your time.

Answer
Hi Ben
I am quite sure i no what your situation is but you left out your height and i need a description of how it progressed and happened.I really need more info to properly take care of this.

All the best

John
