I don't know if these are related , but , when i run sometimes i get painful gas cramps that get worse if i try to push through it. So painful the only way i can releive some of it is to curle up in a ball and not move! if i do keep moving the pain starts shooting down my legs..(i have to get home somehow) As for the defication, out of the blue ill have these simalar pains but im driving or somthing and ill have to lift my butt and breath like im having a child till the pain passes, and it comes back untill i pass a very painful stool. When this does happen the stool is always very sharp, dry and big. But the jogging pain im more concerned about , im going to basic trainning soon and i can't really curl over and die.

With out knowing your height,weight,exercise habits past and present and your diet.What your experiencing is someone who needs to take a close look at the diet,dehydrated,lacks a consistent exercise program.I know nothing about you,so i'm just giving you what i see based on all your symptons.You would have to give me more detail to give you any revised judgement.I would say though those symptons refleck what i said.Am i close?Any other questions just get in touch.Constipation is the culprit.
