Question
I have just bought a treadmill, and i was wondering how i could loose weight on it. Are there any tips you can give me as to how long I should be running for a how fast. I need to loose weight quickly since its summer. Any food plans or running exersizes/ other exersizes, would be helpful. Thank you for your time.

Answer
Hi Laura
The longer your running or walking in one session the faster you reduce the fat.I will let you decide on number of days and duration. That is the formula for rapid success.Your food plan is just to eat a balance of good protein carb and good fats. Most important is breakfast.I suggest oat meal with a table spoon of flax seed oil and a banana.Salads are fantastic with large variety of vegies beans, chopped walnuts for omega 3's fats, tuna fish.Be creative with your salads. When you put a great salad together,it will take care of all your micro nutrient reguirements. You can also chop up turkey and chicken.Just get creative and enjoy the process.Other exercises would be a good ab program, upper, lower, obliques, and lots of push ups for arms and chest development.Last, consistentcy is the key to success with patients and focus and the will to win in what your commited to.

Good luck Laura
best to you
