Dive Master / Instructor

2016/7/22 10:35:45

Question
I have already done my Open Water and planning on completing my Advanced Open water by this month end. The idea is to start working professionally in the Dive Industry. Can you chalk out a simple direct path of certifications necessary to become a professional dive master?
I have already done 20 dives - 7 of them around 28 - 30 Mt depths.

Answer
After Advanced you take the Rescue course, with CPR/1st aid, then the Divemaster course, then you can go to Assistant Instructor, or jump ahead to Instructor.

I'd also recommend picking up some specialties along the way.

I hope this helps and if there's anythign else please let me know?

Warm regards,
Andy Phillips
