  It is difficult to pinpoint a manufacture date on a Harrington & Richardson revolver, since there have been very few recorded serial numbers located to date. There were five variations of the First Model Premier Pocket Revolver from 1895 through 1904. Your Premier .22 cal. revolver is the Fifth Variation of the First Model, putting it's manufacture at 1904.
